As we’ve communicated earlier we are about to migrate APSIS Pro EU from Great Britain to Frankfurt. This will unfortunately result in APSIS Pro becoming unavailable during parts of this scheduled maintenance window.

This migration will happen on Saturday the 26th of June and will continue up to 24h until Sunday 27th of June.

We are working hard with our hosting partner to minimize this downtime as much as possible.

When we migrate the APSIS Pro application, there will, unfortunately, be some downtime for you, where you will not be able to access the application. Not via our web interface nor via our API.

Any sendings that were scheduled during this maintenance window will be sent out after the migration has been completed. You will however not be able to schedule new sendings or change any sendings during the migration window. Since our API will be unavailable you will also not be able to send out any transactional emails during this time.

Please note that this also includes MA and Forms: All MA flows will be paused during this window and will resume again after the migration has been completed. Forms will also not be available and will not be able to capture any submits during this time.
