Tibergs Möbler is a Swedish retailer established in 1923 to provide a wide selection of high-quality products from a variety of home interior brands. A loyal APSIS customer since 2009, they decided to join hundreds of other brands across the Nordics by moving over to APSIS One in March 2019.

In addition, they were looking for a better way to work with creating emails and using templates. The APSIS One email tool provides an intuitive interface that allows users to build, save and easily replicate their emails - saving both time and money.

At the time of purchasing APSIS One, Tibergs Möbler considered adding Marketing Automation to their digital marketing arsenal. The user-friendly look of the APSIS One Marketing Automation tool convinced them that APSIS One was the right platform for them.

APSIS One provides native tools for email marketing, marketing automation, website tracking, forms & pages, and SMS marketing. But moving over to a new platform with so many capabilities requires a good understanding of where you want to start and how you want to evolve.

The Retailer’s First Step of APSIS One Onboarding is to sit down with a dedicated Engagement Consultant. An expert in APSIS One and digital marketing, the Engagement Consultant ensures that the APSIS One setup is optimised for your needs and requirements. 

Having a dedicated Engagement Consultant was a major highlight of their APSIS One onboarding. Pernilla Clausen at Tibergs Möbler elaborates:

With their onboarding, Tibergs Möbler also received a pre-built email template to speed up their time to market with APSIS One. They were given the option of moving an existing template from APSIS Pro or having a completely new template re-designed – all included in their onboarding journey.

APSIS One Onboarding: Turning It Into Practice


Tibergs Möbler had, through discussions with their APSIS Engagement Consultant, decided to start by sending regular emails to their subscribers and collecting website data. By connecting their cookie banner to the APSIS One script and mapping their website, they were able to gain a better understanding of how visitors engaged with their website.

But working with their existing subscriber base was not their only goal. Like all other businesses, they want to grow their subscriber base and provide more relevant content and information to their customers and prospects. 

Through the APSIS One Website Personalisation tool, they set up a sign-up bar that appears to all visitors who are not subscribed to their newsletter. By combining their subscriber database and website interactions, they can identify which visitors are already subscribed and which visitors that they should entice to sign up.
